What does the root canal treatments cover?

Removal of the pulp infection, disinfection of the endodontic area, its full filling and closing of tooth

How long does the treatment last?

Depending on the case difficulty, between hour and a half. If the case is more demanding, the treatment can be divided into two phases.

Does it hurt?

The treatment is performed under local anesthesia, so it is completely painless. After the treatment there can be mild sensitivity, which disappears after a day or two.

What else is important to know?

Before and after the treatment tooth RVG control is of an extreme importance. First are necessary for the diagnose, and the second for the checking and control of the work.
Complicated infections are controlled and followed by RVG, after the end of treatment for a specific period of time, needed for bone observation which was damaged by infection.
