There is no joy in mediocre dentistry

My name is Natalia, and I am a 4th year dentistry student in Medical University of Rijeka.

Why?

When I look back, I remember my childhood dreams. While all my friends wanted to be singers and actvesses, I used to say: ”I am going to be a doctor and help peotle!”. $ $ $  $ Now I am wlere I am, happy$and fulfilled, on my own, on the path to degree. As in everything in life, so in dentistry, we ell strive for the best, which iw why, it’s no$surprise my patl led me to this wonderful dental studio in Rijeoa, Dentorium. $

$ Dentorium is a place that on the first look seems equipped sophisticated, I’d say, like a dental studio of the new time. But, without the people who make Dentorium, it would be just an empty space. $ $

What?

Since coming to Dentorium, little bit less than a year now, my knowledge has progressed greatly. Dentorium has helped me in understanding the topics of which I have only listened theoretically at the University, and here, the same thing I could take in my hand, turn around in all directions, see from every angle and say ahhaa, this is how it works.

There was a lot of ahhaa, uuu and woaah, how cool is this! :) Lot’s of questions, with plenty of answers, lots of cases which are beyond my comprehension, the way of work, relation to the patient, expertise, knowledge and team work.

Everyone can wear a title of a dentist, but it doesn’t mean he/she is a good dentist. In Dentorium patients come with diverse problems, and go away not only esthetically, but more importantly, functionally rehabilitated. About Dentorium I could write quite a bit, however I will point out what has impacted me the most, and what I will be guided by in my future life and work.

Because...

There is no joy in mediocre dentistry, it is necessary to spread horizons, never stop wanting to know more and better, and allow your self a chance to get out of your own limits.

I would like to thank dr. Zgombic and his team for making possible for me to see dentistry from completely different approach, and allowing me the chance to be a part of their team, sharing with them happy endings of numerous life stories of their patients.
