Case planned with Digital Smile Design which determined future design of the smile and work phases. Video below shows trial of the final work (mock up) before the actual therapy started.
The workflow included health stage, surgical and prosthetic phase.
Inadaquate old bridges and crowns caused inflammation of gengiva (soft tissue).
One of the challenges and goals of the therapy was to restore healthy and natural look of gengiva (Pink Aesthetics), which equally participates in the smile aesthetics, like ceramic crowns.
Harmony between biology, function and aesthetics is achieved with final solution, providing long term stability and an exceptional aesthetic result.
