Complex, full functional – aesthetic rehabilitation

The case was planned with DSD ( Digital Smile Design), wax up and mock up. (See video below, before begining of therapy.)

Guided therapy included following phases:

• conservative treatments (fillings, endo)
• micro-surgical intervention of gingivoplasty (balance of pink esthetics or gingiva symmetry)
• esthetic solution resolved with full ceramic venners and full ceramic crowns

Teeth whitening preceded the final work.

Harmony in both, function and esthetics, is restored, and one beautiful smile opened wide.
